Hi Sara, I've heard you say the word UPower before. What does it mean?
When I say UPower I am talking about our own personal power to choose. Let me explain - We may not always have control over what happens to us in our lives, but we always have control over our reaction to it and perception of it. By taking ownership of our own actions, reactions, thoughts and choices we are putting ourselves in a position of power - power over ourselves – I call this our UPower.
So what's a UPower Concert?
UPower Concerts are motivational concerts designed to give you tools to take on life in a powerful way! During my UPower Concerts, I use singing and speaking to inspire and to motivate people. I know that people face many challenges like depression, bullying, low self-esteem and relationship issues. I have discovered that people best relate to music, that is why I use singing and speaking to inspire and motivate. This is my way of letting people know that they have the ability to make powerful choices that will create a positive impact in their life no matter what the circumstances are. My UPower Concerts are customized for elementary schools (grades 4-8), high schools, universities/colleges, corporations and conferences.
