life can be tough, especially in our school years.

People challenge us - the way we look, where we came from, how we act, what we want to do and become. Sometimes it's hard to focus on ‘math & science' when it feels like we're just surviving each day.

We can’t always control the circumstances in our lives but we always have the Power to Choose our Choices - this is where our power lies. I call this our UPower.

Through my music, speaking, and writing, I share Life Tools that have helped me get through tough times.

I have learned that it is not as much about what happens to us in life as it is who we choose to become from it.
